Private phone permitted (cost including installation is resident's responsibility).

Housekeeping

Weekly cleaning and dusting of rooms.

Making beds and tidying- daily

Cleaning supplies and paper products provided unless resident prefers to use their own.

Entertainment

Common Entertainment features: TV, Stereo, Video, and Reading.

All rooms equipped and installed with TV.

Meals

Three meals per day, three snacks per day.

Residents have free choice for their breakfast each day.
